About The Role:
As a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers across your assigned territory, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment.
- Travelling to customer sites to diagnose, service, and repair equipment.
- Perform service and repairs on a variety of John Deere Ag & Construction, Kuhn, Kramer and other farming machinery to a high standard.
- Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions
- Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools and technology
- Completing service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support
- Participating in ongoing product and technical training
What You’ll Bring:
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience repairing heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or diesel engines
- Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and safe work practices
