This isn't just another customer success role.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience every customer has with our business and help lay the foundations for how Beyond scales for years to come.
You'll become the owner of our implementation journey.
Working closely with our Sales, Operations and Support teams, you'll ensure every customer enjoys a seamless transition to Beyond. You'll coordinate projects, solve problems, support our field team and continuously improve the way we onboard new merchants.
While this role is primarily office-based, you'll also spend time out in the field completing installations, training customers and supporting go-live days. We believe there's no better way to improve our onboarding experience than by seeing it firsthand, so you'll regularly work alongside our sales team and customers to ensure every implementation is a success.
Just as importantly, you'll help create the playbooks, systems and processes that allow us to deliver an incredible experience at scale.
You'll be responsible for creating an onboarding experience customers genuinely remember.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning the customer journey from signed agreement through to a successful go-live.
Becoming the central point of contact for new merchants throughout onboarding.
Coordinating installations with customers, our field representatives and internal teams.
Completing on-site POS and payments installations for new merchants across South East Queensland and occasionally across Australia.
Training business owners and their teams on how to confidently use their new POS and payment solution.
Supporting our field representatives with troubleshooting and implementation questions.
Helping merchants confidently adopt their new technology and ensuring they're ready to trade from day one.
Solving implementation challenges quickly and keeping projects moving.
Following up with customers after go-live to ensure they're set up for long-term success.
Building and continuously improving our onboarding checklists, SOPs, training resources and knowledge base.
Capturing learnings from every installation and turning them into repeatable processes that help Beyond scale.
Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve our customer journey.
Working alongside leadership to shape the future of Customer Success and Implementation at Beyond.
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people succeed.

You don't need to know everything about POS systems - we'll teach you the technical side.
