We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales & Client Relationship Executive to strengthen our client relationships, convert warm opportunities into new business, and drive referrals across our suite of services.
This is not a cold-calling role. You'll work with qualified enquiries, existing clients, and referral opportunities to help more people benefit from our holistic financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up and convert warm leads that have previously enquired but have not yet proceeded.
Generate referrals from existing clients, professional partners, and your own relationship-building activities.
Maintain regular contact with clients to strengthen relationships and improve retention.
Identify opportunities to introduce clients to our Financial Planning, Finance, Tax & Accounting, and Investment Property specialists.
Work closely with advisers, brokers, accountants, and support staff to coordinate client outcomes.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules using our CRM.
Assist with client review campaigns, referral initiatives, and marketing activities.
Achieve agreed sales, referral, and client retention targets.
About You
You enjoy talking with people, building trust, and helping clients find the right solutions. You're proactive, organised, and motivated by creating long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in internal sales, client relationship management, customer success, business development, or financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional and consultative approach.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in financial planning, mortgage broking, banking, accounting, wealth management, insurance, or related financial services will be highly regarded.
