As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Keilor Park. (Relocating to Epping late 2026)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and playing a key role in driving business growth.
About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, generating new business opportunities and supporting our external sales team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solutions while ensuring every interaction reflects Omni's commitment to service excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively contact existing and prospective customers
Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and online channels
Prepare and follow up quotations
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Schedule appointments and opportunities for the external sales team
Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM
Follow up open opportunities to maximise conversion rates
Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service and logistics teams
Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat business

About You
You will ideally bring:
Previous experience in an Internal Sales, Customer Service or Sales Support role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and results-driven mindset
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Experience within wholesale, industrial, manufacturing, logistics or distribution industries will be highly regarded.
