HazardCo is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the Australian market.

Take full ownership of our Australian marketing strategy. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll have the autonomy to make an impact, supported by a talented marketing team and a product that makes a tangible difference to builders every day.

As our Australian Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Growing the brand: Drive awareness within the SME residential builder market.

  • Driving growth: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, manage the budget, and hit monthly MQL lead targets.

  • Leading digital: Direct our agency and execute digital plans (ad creation, landing pages, keyword reviews etc).

  • Managing the team: Lead and support the Marketing Specialist who delivers more than 80 events and campaigns each year.

  • Improve customer advocacy: Grow our ambassador and referral programmes, and create customer success stories.

  • Building partnerships: Create joint marketing opportunities with industry partners and merchants.

  • Engaging the industry: Represent HazardCo at events and speak on industry webinars.

  • Nurturing leads: Build and optimise email journeys, webinars, and educational material using ActiveCampaign, Intercom, and Groove.

What makes you a great fit?

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven success in SME B2B marketing or within the construction industry.

  • Has experience managing digital advertising (Google and Meta) either hands-on or by managing an agency.

  • Can identify opportunities, build a plan, gain buy-in, and execute it end-to-end.

  • Is technically proficient with platforms like ActiveCampaign, Canva, Intercom, Salesforce, and Google Analytics and is comfortable with data analytics. 

  • Has a strong eye for design and great content creation skills (articles, eDMs, sales enablement, social media).

  • Brings energy, creativity, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

  • Holds a marketing qualification or has equivalent professional experience.
