The Opportunity
Join our Marketing team in Perth, supporting the Micromine business across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded marketing professional to drive impactful campaigns, industry events and digital initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and support business growth. You'll work closely with local and global stakeholders, gaining exposure to innovative mining technology and a highly collaborative environment.

- Drive marketing initiatives that directly support business growth and customer engagement
- Influence how industry-leading technology is positioned in the Australian market
- Partner with experts across product, sales and technical teams globally
- Take ownership of major industry events and customer-facing programs
- Contribute to strategic account-based marketing initiatives for key customers
- Build broad marketing expertise across digital, content, events and campaign management
What you need to succeed
- 4+ years' marketing experience within a B2B technology or mining environment
- Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns and measurable outcomes
- Experience managing industry events, conferences and webinars
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, automation and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills
- A proactive, organised and data-driven approach with strong attention to detail
