As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Ingleburn.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Storeperson, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, packing and dispatching stock while helping to maintain inventory accuracy and ensuring goods move efficiently through the warehouse.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and committed to delivering high standards of service and safety.
What You'll Be Doing
Receive, unload and store inbound goods
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately
Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes
Prepare freight and dispatch documentation
Support container unloads and stock putaway
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards
Work collaboratively with the wider operations team

Strong inventory accuracy and stock control
Safe and efficient warehouse operations

Consistent adherence to WHS requirements
High standards of warehouse organisation and housekeeping
About You
You will ideally bring:
Previous warehouse or storeperson experience
Current Forklift Licence
Current Driver's Licence
Experience operating warehouse equipment safely
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive and reliable work ethic
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
The following will be highly regarded:
MR Licence
Experience with barcode scanners and inventory systems
Previous experience in a senior warehouse or 2IC role
Exposure to 5S or lean warehouse practices
