Safe Spray Pest Control is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales & Customer Success Representative to join our friendly team in Penrith. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outbound sales, customer service or call centre experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary focus will be generating sales through outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service to existing and new customers.

You'll work closely with our scheduling and operations teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience from their first phone call through to service completion.

This is a permanent part-time position based in our Penrith office.

Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours are negotiable for the right candidate.


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate repeat business and secure recurring services.

  • Contact warm leads and previous enquiries to convert opportunities into bookings.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional pest control services.

  • Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Achieve individual sales and call KPIs.

  • Follow up quotes and outstanding enquiries.

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.

  • Schedule technician appointments and manage customer bookings.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.

  • Assist with administration tasks, reporting and customer account management.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to service completion.


About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, loves achieving goals, and is motivated by earning commission.

Essential

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre sales or customer service.

  • Confident and professional phone manner.

  • Proven ability to build rapport and influence customers.

  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Desirable

  • Experience using CRM systems.

  • Experience in scheduling or service-based industries.

  • Pest control or trade services experience (not essential).

Full product and industry training will be provided.
