We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, understands how to build trust quickly, and knows how to guide conversations toward a positive outcome.
This isn't cold calling.
Every person you speak with has already made an enquiry and wants to know more. Your role is to understand their situation, answer their questions, remove any uncertainty and confidently guide them through becoming a High St patient.
If you love chatting but hate selling products people don't need, this role is different. You'll be helping patients access treatment that could genuinely improve their quality of life.
Convert warm inbound enquiries into booked consultations.
Build rapport quickly over the phone.
Educate patients on the High St process and treatment pathways.
Handle objections with confidence and empathy.
Complete patient intake information accurately for our clinical team.
Follow up patients who haven't yet booked or need assistance continuing treatment.
Work closely with doctors, nurses and pharmacy staff to create an exceptional patient experience.
Consistently achieve conversion and performance KPIs.
You're someone who naturally connects with people.
You enjoy winning.
You don't need a hard sell because you're confident asking questions, listening properly and guiding conversations.
You'll likely have experience in:
Phone sales
Appointment setting
Healthcare reception
Customer success
Membership sales
Real estate
Finance or insurance
High-performing customer service
Experience in healthcare isn't essential.
We can teach alternative healthcare.
We can't teach attitude.
Love hitting targets and being rewarded for performance.
Are confident on the phone.

Stay organised while managing multiple patients.
Can handle objections professionally.

Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems is advantageous but not required.
