The Role

As Product Manager, you'll own a core Altus product line end-to-end, from vision and roadmap through to commercial performance and go-to-market. You'll apply AI-first product thinking, engage directly with global customers and partners, and be accountable for measurable outcomes across customer adoption, revenue retention, and feature delivery.

PPM expertise is a non-negotiable for this role

This is not a generalist product role. Deep, demonstrable expertise in project, programme, and portfolio management is an absolute requirement. You must speak the language of the PMO Director, Portfolio Manager, and Project Manager with genuine credibility.

What You'll Do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, anchoring every decision in customer value and Altus's growth objectives.
• Conduct continuous customer and partner discovery, translating enterprise PPM pain into clear problem statements and validated product decisions.
• Use AI prototyping tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot Studio) to build proofs-of-concept and reduce engineering risk ahead of commitment.
• Own time-to-value and core feature adoption rates across the product lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, aligning Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared outcomes.
• Manage commercial performance for your product line: ARR, expansion revenue, churn risk, and NRR.
• Represent Altus at Microsoft events, customer conferences, and partner summits as a credible product evangelist.

About you

You’re a product creator who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, not tasks. You combine strong product sense with the discipline to validate assumptions before committing engineering resources, and you act with high agency without waiting to be directed.

You’ll likely bring:

• Deep, demonstrable subject matter expertise in project, programme, or portfolio management (PPM).
• 5+ years of enterprise B2B product management with a track record of commercial outcomes, not just features shipped.
• Proven ability to own a product from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated AI fluency using AI tools daily for research, prototyping, and decision support.
• Strong analytical capability and outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: experience with the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem, LLM integration, or channel-partner-led go-to-market models.
