As investment continues in AI, product innovation and platform growth, the business is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving customer problems - not just shipping features.
This is a role with genuine ownership.
You'll own the product roadmap from discovery through to delivery, working directly with clinicians, practice managers and customers to understand their challenges and translate those insights into products that create real impact.
Working alongside Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams, you'll help shape product strategy, influence business decisions and play a key role in the next stage of the company's growth.

You'll be an exceptional communicator who enjoys working with customers and asking great questions.
You don't need to be the most technical person in the room - but you do need to be able to translate complex customer needs into clear product direction for engineering teams.
You'll also bring:
5+ years' Product Management experience within SaaS, software or health technology.
Strong customer discovery and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience owning a product roadmap and working closely with engineering teams.
A commercial, data-informed approach to product decisions.
The confidence to work autonomously, take ownership and drive outcomes.
Experience with healthcare technology, practice management software or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.
