Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Customer Success Manager, located in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, coordinating inspections and expediting processes, and implementing logistics strategies. As the point of contact for customers, this role also focuses on enhancing customer experiences, resolving issues, and building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
- Expertise in Inspection processes and Logistics Management, ensuring efficient operations and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide actionable solutions
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools
- Experience in the tech-transport or logistics sector is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
