We're looking for a commercially minded Relationship Manager to join our high-performing team and manage an established portfolio of customers across Australia.
This is a relationship-driven role where you'll partner with customers, drive renewals, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. If you enjoy building trusted relationships and turning opportunities into results, we'd love to hear from you.
While the portfolio is established, this is not an account maintenance role. You'll bring a commercial mindset, proactively identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through customer engagement and strategic account management.
What you'll do
Manage and grow a portfolio of 90+ existing Regulatory Compliance customers
Drive customer retention, renewals, and satisfaction
Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Conduct customer reviews and solution demonstrations
Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records
What we're looking for
3+ years' experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
Experience in SaaS, subscription, legal, compliance, or professional services environments
Proven ability to achieve renewal and revenue targets
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
Commercially driven with a customer-first approach
