Are you an experienced sales professional looking to make a genuine impact? We are looking for a 

a Sales Account Director (Enterprise) to join Cerclos and are keen to meet with Perth based candidates seeking a hybrid work option but will consider remote based candidates for this role too.

The Sales Account Director (Enterprise) - ANZ plays a pivotal commercial role in driving revenue growth by securing new business and managing high-value, strategic Tier 1 named enterprise accounts within infrastructure programs, transport authorities, utilities, and large-scale construction consultancies across the Australia and New Zealand region.

What You'll Do:

  • New business, prospecting and closing: Proactively qualify and progress leads across the ANZ infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Account management and Expansion: Build and execute detailed annual account plans, ensuring regular executive engagement, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and targeting 15%+ year-on-year revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • CRM Discipline & Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management team and the Board, using AI to optimize work flows, increase automation and drive business improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing for demand-generation campaigns coordinate with Customer Success to mitigate churn and feedback client insights to Product Engineering to shape the product roadmap.

Who You Are:

  • Relationship Champion: Exemplary customer-facing manner built on empathy, clarity, and strategic value positioning rather than simple feature selling; you build partnerships that last.
  • Sales Veteran: Minimum of senior 5 years plus B2B sales experience with technical SaaS products.
  • Detailed orientated & data integrity driven High attention to detail ensuring that pipeline reporting is completely error-free and up to date.
  • ROI Driven: Solutions-oriented, coupled with an objective mindset that evaluates commercial outcomes and return on investment.
