About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our sales manager and deliver a seamless experience for our clients. In this pivotal role, you’ll have an important role in our sales operations — assisting with quoting, proposals, licensing renewals, order processing, agreement renewals, and customer service. You'll also help guide clients through their IT needs with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating quotes and proposals for IT hardware, software, services, and Microsoft licensing

  • Supporting sales with CRM updates, tracking opportunities, and preparing documents

  • Handling customer enquiries and providing timely, helpful responses

  • Coordinating orders, renewals, and subscriptions for hardware and software

  • Liaising with vendors and distributors to source pricing and availability

  • Managing sales- and billing-related support tickets

  • Assisting with the renewal of support agreements and managed service contracts

  • Providing administrative support to the sales manager

  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients — from order processing to first invoice

  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and quoting systems


 What we are looking for:        

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or admin (ideally in an MSP or IT environment)

  • Familiarity with IT products — Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking, HP/Dell/Lenovo

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication

  • Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused on customer satisfaction

  • Experience with quoting and CRM tools (e.g. ConnectWise Sell, ConnectWise Manage) is a plus

  • Confident dealing with vendors and distributors

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating team needs
