Allcast Precast is a family‑values‑focused manufacturing business located in Woombye on the Sunshine Coast, close to Maroochydore and Nambour. With over 65 years of experience, we specialise in the production of luxury, fully tiled plunge pools, along with water tanks and waste water solutions. 

Due to strong demand and continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Administrator to join our dynamic and supportive team. 


About the Role

This position plays a critical role in our pool production and logistics team. The role offers a varied mix of office-based administration, autonomous work and customer communications within our manufacturing environment.

Working closely alongside other team members, you will be responsible for ensuring overall administration is accurate and efficient. This role suits someone who enjoys being highly organised, working with multiple stakeholders and contributing directly to team and customer success in a fun working environment. 


Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and operate systems and processes to ensure timely and accurate administrative and customer service functions in line with pool production and delivery such as:

    • Ordering pool materials and managing stock levels

    • Coordination of supplier deliveries and receipting goods

    • Reconciling materials deliveries against purchase orders

    • Allocating contractors and monitoring contractors in order to meet delivery deadlines

    • Contacting customers regarding scheduled deliveries and post sales queries

    • Working closely with the logistics team to manage timely pool deliveries

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a positive, collaborative and customer-focused approach


About You

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and proactive team member who brings professional administration experience and has a proactive can do attitude

You will ideally have: 

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an administration role preferably within a production/manufacturing environment

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • A methodical approach with high attention to detail 

  • Ability to work independently and lead by example 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

  • Experience using Xero (preferred but not essential) 

  • Strong customer service ethic and professionalism
