About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success & Product Manager to support the ongoing growth and evolution of our HIM Companion Suite (HCS).
This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product strategy, healthcare operations, and AI-enabled innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure HCS delivers measurable value, strong adoption outcomes, and continues to evolve in line with real-world HIM and clinical coding workflows.
What You’ll Bring to iMedX
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, consulting capability, and a passion for education and service delivery.
Your experience and knowledge will include:
Strong experience in customer success, product management, healthcare technology, or solution leadership
Solid understanding of HIM and/or clinical coding environments
Experience working with senior healthcare stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
The ability to operate across both strategic and operational priorities
Experience with AI-enabled healthcare solutions, product lifecycle management, or revenue cycle optimisation will be highly regarded.
Your qualifications will include:
Health Informatics
Health Information Management
IT, Engineering, Product, or Data-related disciplines
HIM, clinical coding, agile, or product management certifications will be highly regarded.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Customer Success & Product Manager (HCS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on coding accuracy and compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work independently while delivering consistently high-quality outputs in a remote environment. A proactive approach to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding standards and industry best practices You’ll have a proven track record of managing time efficiently, adapting to different systems, and delivering a high standard of work for our clients.
You will be someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement across both client environments and internal teams.
This role reports to the Director of Health Consulting, Strategy & Innovation, with a strong matrix partnership across Product, Engineering, AI, and Implementation teams.
