Solar & Electrical Administration Coordinator

Lonsdale, SA | Full Time | $65,000 - $75,000 + Super

LAMM Solar + Electrical is a growing family-owned South Australian business specialising in solar, battery storage, EV charging, hot water and electrical solutions.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Solar & Electrical Administration Coordinator to become the voice and backbone of our office operations.

Working closely with Lewis, Anthony and Steve, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, our administration stays organised, and our business continues to operate efficiently.

This is not a role where you'll sit quietly behind a desk all day. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to become an important part of a growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Service & Communications

  • Answer incoming phone calls and ensure customers are directed to the right person

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and social media

  • Follow up leads and customer enquiries promptly

  • Assist customers throughout their journey from enquiry to project completion

  • Help maintain a professional and positive customer experience

Accounts & Bookkeeping

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Raise invoices and maintain accurate records

  • Follow up outstanding invoices professionally and confidently

  • Assist with bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks

  • Support the leadership team with administration and reporting

Social Media & Marketing

  • Coordinate and schedule social media content

  • Showcase completed projects, team achievements and customer success stories

  • Work with our installation teams to gather photos and videos from site

  • Help improve our online presence and customer engagement

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and community involvement

General Administration

  • Maintain accurate customer and job records

  • Assist with ServiceM8, Xero and other business systems

  • Support scheduling and daily office operations


  • Help improve systems and processes as the business grows

  • Provide general administrative support wherever required

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration, customer service, accounts, bookkeeping or a similar role

  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confidence using computers and business software

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • A friendly, positive and professional attitude

  • Someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving problems

  • A genuine desire to contribute to a growing business

Highly Regarded

  • Experience with Xero

  • Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software

  • Experience creating social media content for a business

  • Previous experience in the solar, electrical, construction or trades industry
