We’re currently looking for a Technical Account Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise customers using sophisticated point-of-sale, payments and customer engagement platforms.
You’ll act as the link between customers and internal Support, Product and Engineering teams - investigating technical issues, supporting implementations and translating customer requirements into clear user stories.
The Role Manage technical relationships across a portfolio of enterprise customers
Support software implementations and ongoing platform optimisation
Investigate application, integration and configuration issues
Manage escalations, incidents, bug tickets, fixes and patch updates
Gather customer requirements and translate them into user stories
Coordinate resolutions with Support, Product and Engineering teams
Support product demonstrations, releases and acceptance testing
Provide clear technical updates to customers and senior stakeholders
Maintain account documentation, issue registers and action plans
About You Experience in technical account management, application support, implementation or technical customer success
Technical support capability beyond traditional Level 2 service desk work
Experience implementing or supporting SaaS platforms
Strong troubleshooting and technical issue management skills
Experience with Jira, Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
Ability to gather requirements and create user stories
Confident working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
POS, payments, hospitality or retail technology experience is highly regarded
