We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Test Lead / Manager to join our team in Perth. You will be take ownership of all testing for the program, producing the testing strategy, Test Plans for each stream and manage UAT and defects. You will manage a team of DXC resources as well as being responsible for liaising with client stakeholders, vendors and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle and Microsoft implementations.

To be successful you will require the following;
- 10+ years' experience in software testing including at least 5 years in a Test Manager role
- Experience working on ERP implementation projects such as Oracle, SAP or Microsoft
- Prior experience developing test strategies, schedules and plans
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability bring disparate teams together
- Solid understanding of both manual testing and test automation
- Solid understanding of test methodologies and debugging tests
- Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced and highly dynamic work environment
