SprintSuite is looking for a confident, coachable and energetic Account Executive to help fuel our next stage of growth.

SprintSuite is an all-in-one ERP platform purpose-built for contractors in mining, shutdowns, and heavy engineering. We’re replacing outdated systems and manual spreadsheets with modern workflows that bring field teams and head office together — all in one platform.

Our clients include leading mining and engineering contractors across WA, trusted by major asset owners like Mader, Rio Tinto, BHP, and Woodside.


What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close across WA’s mining and engineering sectors

  • Conduct discovery sessions and tailored product demos for decision-makers

  • Build relationships with operations managers, project leads, and executives

  • Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs to convert inbound demand and outbound opportunities

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot

  • Attend client sites, industry events, and conferences to build trust and visibility

  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth handovers and successful onboardings


What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in sales (or relevant technical sales experience)

  • Background selling to mining, engineering, or field-service sectors preferred

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex B2B deals

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trust quickly

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once

  • Passionate about helping contractors modernise and scale through technology
