With their HQ in Adelaide, they currently serve customers across Australia and New Zealand. They are seeking an Account Manager/BDM - Growth & Retention to support their international expansion plans.
In this newly created position, you will acquire new clients and ensure their long-term satisfaction with the platform. Your primary responsibilities will be driving sales through superior customer service, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with clients.
This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who is passionate about technology, construction, and customer success. You will bring proven experience in construction and sales or account management within a SaaS or tech-driven environment, paired with the ability to clearly articulate software benefits and confidently convert leads into long-term customers.
