CAASie is a fast-growing digital out-of-home advertising platform that makes it easy for brands, agencies, and businesses to plan, book, and launch campaigns across digital billboards and screens. We are a remote-first B2B business expanding globally, and we are building the commercial team that will take us there.
About the Role
CAASie is a remote-first business and this role is fully remote. You will be the first commercial touchpoint for new customers who sign up to the platform, responsible for getting them engaged, launched, and spending. At the same time, you will manage a portfolio of active accounts, identifying opportunities to grow their investment and deepen their use of the platform.
This is not a passive account management role. You will be moving between activation and growth every day, working with real customers on real campaigns, and driving commercial outcomes from both ends of the funnel.
What You'll Be Doing
Engage and qualify new inbound sign-ups and guide them toward their first campaign
Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions that build customer confidence quickly
Help customers plan and launch successful advertising campaigns
Convert sign-ups into active, spending advertisers
Support customers through their first campaigns and early growth stages
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with a focus on retention and revenue growth
Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and platform adoption
Work closely with Marketing, Support, and Product to improve the customer journey
Identify trends, barriers, and opportunities to improve activation rates and feed them back into the business
About You
Two or more years in an account executive, account management, or customer success role in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Proven ability to convert inbound leads or sign-ups into active, paying customers
Strong consultative skills with the ability to connect customer goals to platform value
Confident delivering product demonstrations and onboarding sessions
Comfortable managing a portfolio of B2B accounts without losing commercial focus
Experienced with HubSpot or a similar CRM
Clear, confident communicator across multiple levels of seniority
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
Experience in advertising technology, digital media, or martech is a plus, but genuine curiosity about how advertising works matters also.
