Hopkins College, is a WA-owned training provider delivering a range of nationally recognised courses across Western Australia. With experienced trainers, including qualified nurses delivering First Aid and Medication Administration courses, Hopkins College supports businesses across industries including mining, childcare, aged care, healthcare and construction. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to help build and maintain strong corporate partnerships throughout WA.
With a strong reputation for customer service and compliance-focused training, they partner with businesses throughout WA to provide essential courses including First Aid, Medication Administration, and other workplace compliance programs.
As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a relationship-focused Corporate Relationship Manager to build strong partnerships with corporate clients and help expand their market presence.
The Opportunity This is not a traditional "hard sales" role. Your focus will be on building genuine relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring your organisation becomes their preferred training provider.
You'll spend much of your time connecting with decision-makers, developing long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities to support existing and prospective clients across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across WA
- Engage with businesses within the mining, construction, childcare, aged care, healthcare and related sectors
- Conduct outbound relationship-building calls and meetings
- Develop a strong understanding of client training requirements
- Promote the organisation's range of short courses, including First Aid and Medication Administration training
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship development
- Grow revenue through client retention and account growth
- Work closely with internal training and administration teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records and activity updates within the CRM
About You We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and creating long-term partnerships rather than focusing on aggressive sales targets.
