Depending on your strengths and experience, you may join either our team as a Recruitment or Placement Specialist.
About the Role
Every day you'll be talking with nurses, solving problems, managing priorities and helping deliver healthcare where it's needed most.
Some team members focus on introducing new nurses to Affinity and preparing them for travel nursing opportunities.
Others manage ongoing relationships, supporting nurses throughout their contracts and helping them secure their next opportunity.
Both roles play an important part in helping nurses build rewarding careers while supporting hospitals across Australia.

Experience We'd Love
Experience in healthcare recruitment, workforce coordination, agency staffing, customer success, account management or another relationship focused environment would be highly regarded. Nursing experience is also highly valued but not essential.
