We are actively recruiting for a Perth-based position which is available for July start.

We're Work Metrics, a tech company on a mission for building a better workplace and workforce. 

We're expanding and we're looking for an experienced candidate to join our customer team, full time, helping us support our corporate customers and helping our customers get better value from our software systems and apps.

We’re looking for a confident individual who can hit the ground running while working alongside an experienced team that will support and guide you as you settle into the role.

You'll be someone who's confident on the phone and email, highly professional and a good communicator. 

The customers you'll be liaising with are professionals ranging from HR managers, Safety managers and other mid-level managers who are the crux of our software client users who work for organisations all over the country across every type of industry.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  • Helping clients understand how to use various features of our system

  • Communicating with a diverse range of clients who typically are professionals ranging from HR managers and Safety managers from various industries

  • Troubleshooting issues and liaising with our tech team and other support team members

  • Updating and maintaining client notes in our CRM software

  • Helping customers with their content, providing recommendations


The successful applicants will 

  • Have Customer Service and Administration Work Experience (must have)

  • Have previous experience in Tech Support, HR, or Workplace Safety (highly regarded)

  • Have strong phone communication skills

  • Be proactive and self-motivated

  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team

  • Good understanding of web browsers and web-based systems

  • A desire to work within a fun, supportive and inclusive team environment

  • Available to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our head office is based in Perth CBD.

We'll provide full training and help you become an expert on our products.
