At Powerfleet, our Customer Success Managers are trusted advisors, not support staff. You'll own a portfolio of customers, build lasting partnerships and work closely with them to maximise the value of our technology while identifying opportunities to grow their business with us.

This is a role where you'll influence outcomes, solve problems, collaborate across the business and genuinely make a difference to your customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and commercial customers across Australia.

  • Become the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your customers.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate value, ROI and future opportunities.

  • Drive customer adoption, engagement and long-term success.

  • Proactively identify risks and work collaboratively to resolve them before they impact the customer.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Support and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell and upsell, working alongside our Sales team to expand customer relationships.

  • Champion your customers internally, ensuring their feedback helps shape future improvements.

About you

  • Customer Success Manager

  • Account Manager

  • Client Relationship Manager

  • Customer Experience Manager

  • Business Development Manager looking to move into Customer Success

  • Enterprise Account Executive with a passion for long-term relationships

What matters is that you know how to build trust, communicate confidently and think commercially.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience managing B2B customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • A consultative approach with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Confidence presenting to customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

Experience within SaaS, fleet technology, telematics or enterprise software is highly regarded, but not essential.
