The role:
You’ll be the steady hand guiding clients from their first call to long after settlement — managing onboarding, coordinating finance, and keeping everyone aligned. You’ll combine relationship building, project coordination, and system discipline to deliver a high-trust, high-touch experience that drives loyalty, referrals, and results.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome new clients, set expectations, and coordinate onboarding
  • Liaise with brokers and internal teams to keep finance and approvals on track
  • Support Strategy Leads and Buyer’s Agents with clean briefs and smooth handovers
  • Keep clients engaged through regular updates and insights
  • Oversee the deal journey from offer to settlement
  • Drive retention through post-purchase follow-ups, check-ins, and NPS
