We're looking for a Customer Support & Success Officer to join our growing team and become a trusted Agrimaster expert.

Agrimaster enables farming businesses to effectively manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, empowering them to make smarter, more informed decisions.
About the Role
This isn't your typical customer support role. You'll primarily support customers using Agrimaster, helping them troubleshoot issues, learn best-practice processes, and get the most value from our software.
The successful applicant will begin by building their knowledge of our systems, products, and internal processes while developing an understanding of agriculture and farming business operations.
Once confident, you will:
Support customers via phone, email, live chat, and Zendesk
Troubleshoot software and customer workflow issues
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Assist with customer onboarding and training
Develop deep product expertise in Agrimaster
Help customers improve their financial management and business processes
As your product knowledge grows, you'll become a trusted product specialist and expand your expertise into farm finance, consulting, and payroll support. This may include:
Delivering payroll, budgeting, and farm finance training and consulting sessions helping customers adopt best-practice financial management processes
Creating and maintaining Help Centre content, knowledge articles, and customer resources
Developing and delivering customer training webinars and educational content
Who We're Looking For
Applicants with customer service, software support, helpdesk, bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting experience, and experience with Agrimaster, Xero, MYOB, Wagemaster, or similar software, will be highly regarded.
However, we're most interested in your attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping others succeed. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, loves technology, enjoys solving problems, and is excited by an environment where no two days are the same.
