Our client is one of the fastest growing architectural door hardware businesses in the country. They're expanding their sales team and they need someone who genuinely loves getting on the phone, building relationships and turning conversations into opportunities.

This isn't a role where you wait for leads to land in your inbox. You'll be going outbound. Calling commercial builders, getting in front of estimating teams and building a pipeline that you own from the ground up.

No door hardware experience? No problem. They'll teach you everything about the product. What they're really looking for is someone with the drive to go get it.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll own your outreach. That means building relationships with Estimating Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Managers and Construction Managers across mid-to-large commercial building companies.
  • Day to day you'll be making outbound calls, booking appointments, managing your pipeline in the CRM and progressively becoming the name that builders call before they call anyone else.
  • Your goal in the first twelve months is to establish a consistent multi-million-dollar pipeline in monthly project opportunities. It's ambitious. That's kind of the point.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years in sales, internal sales or customer success
  • A background in construction supplies or trade is a nice head start, not a dealbreaker
  • Someone who picks up the phone without being asked twice
  • Process-driven and consistent - you know how to work a pipeline
  • Coachable, positive and genuinely team-oriented
