What You Will Be Doing
  • Driving sales growth across QLD and taking pride in achieving, and exceeding, territory targets
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with aesthetic clinics, cosmetic doctors and nurses
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities across a vibrant and evolving market
  • Delivering engaging product education, training and support that helps customers feel confident and informed
  • Partnering with clinical trainers and key opinion leaders on education initiatives and workshops
  • Conducting regular customer visits and meaningful business reviews, with a focus on value-led conversations
  • Developing and executing territory business plans
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Representing the business at industry events, conferences and workshops
  • Helping customers maximise product utilisation and support strong clinical outcomes 
 
About You
You are a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who is energised by aesthetics, healthcare or beauty. You enjoy being out in the field, opening doors, building trust and creating commercial opportunities that deliver real value for customers.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within pharma, medical device, aesthetics or a related healthcare environment
  • Willingness to travel across QLD and actively manage your territory
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing ability
  • A results-driven mindset, commercial confidence and genuine enthusiasm for growth
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the broader team
  • A professional and polished approach
  • Scientific integrity and the ability to understand and communicate technical medical information with confidence
Highly regarded:
  • Registered Nurse qualification or clinical background
  • Experience in cosmetic medicine, dermal therapy or aesthetics
  • Clinical training or education experience
