Titan DMS is a leading provider of Dealer Management Systems to the automotive industry. As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking an Implementation Consultant with strong dealership experience, preferably in accounts.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will lead system implementations, train dealership staff, and optimise business processes using Titan DMS.
About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring new dealerships are successfully onboarded and fully operational from day one. Working across Australia as well as other global sites, you will provide technical, operational, and product expertise to ensure a smooth implementation and ongoing customer success.
This role requires regular domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimise dealership systems to align with business processes
Deliver on-site and remote training to dealership staff
Provide hands-on support during go-live and early operations
Resolve post-implementation issues and optimise system usage
Deliver phone, email and remote support to existing customers
Troubleshoot issues using tools such as Jira
Monitor implementation outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement
Collaborate with Product, Sales and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Travel regularly to client sites, including extended and short-notice trips as required
About You
You are customer-focused, technically capable, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You bring deep automotive experience and can confidently support clients across cultures.
Essential:
Automotive dealership experience (Sales, Administration/Accounts or Fixed Operations are highly regarded)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and training capability
Strong customer service and stakeholder management
Preferred but not required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field
Experience implementing or supporting software systems (DMS highly regarded)
3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
Experience with Titan DMS or similar platforms
Familiarity with Jira, CRM systems and project management tools
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Valid driver’s licence.
