Implementation Manager to join our Sydney team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Opportunity This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll lead end-to-end software implementations for some of Australia's leading construction organisations.
Working closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Teams and Executive stakeholders, you'll understand how clients operate and configure Plexa to support their unique business processes.
You'll act as the trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey, ensuring every customer achieves a seamless onboarding experience, strong user adoption and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities Lead End-to-End Implementations - Manage software implementations from project kick-off through to successful go-live.
- Develop implementation plans, rollout schedules and project timelines.
- Configure Plexa to align with each client's operational workflows, approval processes, project structures and reporting requirements.
- Successfully manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Build Trusted Client Relationships - Act as the primary point of contact throughout each implementation.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to understand customer processes and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with project teams, commercial managers, site personnel and senior leadership.
- Communicate project progress, manage expectations and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
Training & Change Management - Deliver engaging onsite and virtual training sessions across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Drive user adoption by supporting customers through organisational change.
- Develop user guides, implementation documentation and training resources.
- Identify adoption barriers and implement practical solutions that maximise customer success.
Continuous Improvement - Analyse customer workflows and recommend process improvements using Plexa's capabilities.
- Support customers through post go-live to ensure successful adoption and ongoing value.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence future product development.
- Contribute to improving implementation methodologies, best practice frameworks and delivery processes.
About You You'll be someone who enjoys working with people just as much as technology and thrives on helping customers achieve successful outcomes.
You'll ideally bring: - 5+ years' experience in Software Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, Project Management or Consulting.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and training capabilities.
- A proven ability to drive user adoption and manage organisational change.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with construction, infrastructure, engineering or project management software will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
