The Opportunity We are seeking a creative, organised and commercially focused Marketing Coordinator for this full-time ongoing opportunity.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will support the promotion and growth of CaptionConnect, TranslationConnect and the broader Oncall Language Services business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing a diverse range of marketing activities, from digital campaigns and content creation through to conferences, product launches and sales support.
Key responsibilities include: - Develop and deliver marketing campaigns for CaptionConnect, TranslationConnect and Oncall Language Services.
- Manage website and social media content, ensuring it remains current, engaging and consistent with brand standards.
- Create blogs, newsletters, case studies, brochures, presentations and other digital and print materials.
- Support SEO, digital advertising, email marketing and lead generation activities.
- Monitor campaign, website and social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and commercial opportunities.
- Support product launches, conferences, webinars, trade shows and other promotional events.
- Partner with Product, Sales and Business Development teams on campaigns, tenders and sales resources.
- Develop customer success stories and testimonials that demonstrate the value of Oncall’s services.
- Maintain brand guidelines, templates and marketing asset libraries.
- Use AI and emerging marketing tools to improve content creation and campaign efficiency.
- Coordinate external agencies, designers and suppliers to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support across the business.
What We’re Looking For Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Experience using website content management systems such as WordPress or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign, website and social media performance data.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commonly used marketing platforms.

- Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console and SEO.
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and video editing.
- Email marketing, automation and AI tools.
- SaaS, technology or professional services.
