About the Role

As the first point of contact for our business, you'll create a strong first impression while providing administrative support across the organisation. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Team to help coordinate daily operations, maintain an organised office environment, and support internal teams with a variety of administrative tasks.

No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·         Welcome visitors, customers and contractors in a professional and friendly manner.

·         Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

·         Manage reception and ensure the front office remains organised and presentable.

·         Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

·         Prepare meeting rooms and assist with meeting coordination.

·         Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation and record management.

·         Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.

·         Order and maintain office supplies.

·         Support onboarding logistics for visitors and contractors.

·         Work collaboratively with the Customer Success Team and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

·         Assist with general administration and other ad hoc duties as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and genuinely loves being organised.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A professional, welcoming and approachable manner.

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team.

  • Reliability, discretion and a high level of professionalism.

A Certificate in Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
