Pioneer Health Solutions and Pioneer Health Albany are seeking an energetic and confident Sales & Promotions Officer to help grow our products, services and customer relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping organisations succeed. You will be responsible for following up enquiries, engaging prospective customers, arranging product demonstrations, attending industry events and supporting promotional activities that generate awareness and business growth.

While marketing and promotional activities form part of the role, this is primarily a customer-facing position focused on relationship building, lead generation and sales support.

About the Role

Working closely with the General Manager and Communications Manager, you will:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Respond to and follow up customer enquiries

  • Contact prospective customers via phone, email and other communication channels

  • Identify, track and manage sales opportunities

  • Arrange and support product demonstrations and information sessions

  • Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing customers

  • Assist with customer onboarding and ongoing customer support

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Identify opportunities for customers to utilise additional products and services

Promotion & Marketing Support

  • Support promotional campaigns and activities

  • Promote Pioneer Health Solutions products and services

  • Promote Pioneer Health Albany services, clinics and programs

  • Attend conferences, networking events and exhibitions

  • Assist with webinars, presentations and product demonstrations

  • Help develop customer success stories, testimonials and promotional materials

  • Identify opportunities to increase awareness and engagement

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information

  • Record customer interactions and sales activities

  • Monitor customer engagement and follow-up requirements

  • Assist with reporting on sales activity and promotional outcomes

Continuous Improvement

  • Develop a strong understanding of organisational products and services

  • Provide customer feedback to support product and service development

  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer engagement and promotional activities

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals, practice managers and business owners

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and following through

  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

  • Sound computer skills, including social media platforms

Desirable

  • Experience in healthcare, general practice or allied health

  • Experience promoting products or services

  • Experience working with software, technology or digital products

  • Experience using CRM systems or customer databases
